Lennon Tool Bar is a young company born in 2014 in Taiwan. At the beginning they wanted to promote the art and craft of Indigo Dyeing, a noble and well-recognized profession all over the Orient. From the traditional process and popular colors used in the Indigo Dyeing, Lennon Tool Bar introduced a collection of fountain pen inks that had an international success in few months.
Lennon Tool Bar Tshi-Khak-Kue is a limited edition set to enhance the heritages of Oriental culture. The set contains a bottle of 35 ml fountain pen ink, 3 post cards, 2 books where you can read details about this tradition and a Taiwanese audiobook.
This "2021 Spring" edition is a homage to a Chinese herbal rice cake here you find how Lennon Tool Bar describes it: You can hear the crackle of firewood and the rhythmic clang of the spatula from the kitchen when the sun hasn't even risen yet. The familiar festive vibe is right around the corner. The overnight aged rice and the herb have been ground and awaiting the sophisticated hands to knead them into the hue of this particular season. Whack, whack, whack, whack, whack. The rice cake detaches from the mold with the pattern that presents our gratitude towards God.
