Best bang for buck

Great blue tone. Not too dark, not too light or overly bright. Handsome like ancient Roman Praetorian guard's uniform with reasonable price. Not as wet like most Sailor Shikiori's, but definitely more wet than Pelikan 4001 for example. Great ink with perfect tone and good writing feel. Thanks again and take care! - Tuomas -
