Esterbrook Estie Sunflower is a tribute to Vincent Van Gogh and his towering and majestic Sunflower, synonymous of the artist. Since the era of the Inca, 5000 years ago, Sunflower was always adored for their medical use and as a symbol of seeking light and truth.
The dutch artist began to paint sunflowers in Paris towards the end of the 19th century when several artists thought that flowers was coarse and unrefined. Van Gogh only used three shades of yellow for his Sunflowers. And the glorious harmony of these colors is the inspiration for the new Esterbrook Estie Oversized Sunflower limited edition.

The idea is that it’s smooth and friendly enough for everyday use, gives your writing some flair, all without being too huge for practical writing”.
"Scribe" is made by the New Yorker Josh Lax and it's his version of architect nib.
