Gioia Partenope Fountain Pen Flame

Gioia Pen is a young Italian brand where great master craftsmen with twenty years of experience produce fountain pens with the geniality and fantasy of Made in Italy. The production is made with rigorous quality controls and a hand turned resin from solid bars that are proudly made in Italy.

Gioia Partenope combines fountain pen and rollerball pen with an interchangeable grip section that allows you to choose your favorite writing instrument just before use it. Unscrew the grip part with the fountain pen nib and screw the grip part with the ballpoint pen refill and start to write again!

Partenope Flame was inspired by the Lampadedromia Neapolitana Half Marathon, the oldest sporting event in the shadow of Vesuvius (5th BC). It was a relay race with torches and took place in honor of the mythological mermaid Partenope. 

The beauty of Naples gulf with the mount Vesuvio behind is engraved on cap. Fountain pen is fitted by a steel nib and fills ink via standard cartridge/converter. The "rollerball" replacement grip part accept standard ballpoint refills.
